Jerik, the installer made sure that first of all it was sized right for my home. Secondly he explained the difference between the old water heater and the tankless. the efficiency that I would see and how it would make a difference in my monthly gas bill. I special ordered all plumbing fixtures, custom cabinets, stone cabinet top, shower door, marble and tile. Keith picked up all materials and with his assistant, installed everything. He did an outstanding job of installing special German made shower valves and a Toto Washlet. The quality and precision of their work was impeccable and the tile and marble work was particularly impressive. Everything went together steadily and smoothly and the entire job was done in a little over 4 weeks.
