Working with Josh Diamond, the owner, gave me the peace of mind and confidence to replace the guy I trusted for years. Josh was professional, patient and honest. He took the time to explain all my options. The installation by Austin and Bridger was exceptional and right on time. Comfort Specialists knows how to do it right. My entire experience was five star from start to completion. Comfort Specialists is the only company I will work with from now on. I recommend them to anyone reading this. You won't be disappointed.

I recommend staying far away from this company. June 4th our AC unit was serviced by Beau. He completed a diagnostic on our AC unit that was blowing warm air. He advised us we had a leak and that our refrigerant was almost completely empty. We were charged over $1000 for the suggested repairs. He also tried to sell us on a monthly subscription option. So glad we said no, what a joke! Only a month later, our AC again is blowing warm air. The new BBB credited technician we hired determined that the work done by Comfort specialists company caused issues that stressed the unit. Beau overfilled and overcharged the unit when refilling the refrigerant. We emailed and requested a refund since $1000 for work that did not in fact solve the issue and was done incorrectly and caused problems that required a repair should be refunded. Instead of the business responding to our email, we received a completely unprofessional, defensive text message to our personal number from Beau late at night. He took no responsibility and offered no solution. We felt extremely uncomfortable with his aggressive response and have not felt comfortable contacting the company any further. I would advise staying far away from this company. It is companys like this that give the industry a horrible reputation for taking advantage of people.

Bo was exactly what we wanted and so much more! Not only do we get in within just a couple of days, but he was quick, efficient, this was our first experience with AAA comfort and we absolutely will be using AAA from now on.

Beau reached out because he could come sooner than we scheduled and saved us several days of freezing. He was totally knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I will use him again for future HVAC needs.

some confusion between the person who estimated the job and the technician about what was needed to properly vent the system. Got it worked out and am 100% satisfied. Technician did a very neat and clean job. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Technicians are not electricians. They are good for most projects. They were quick, friendly and helpful.

John diamond is the man! He was on time and very clear in explaining what we paid for and what was going on. He walked us through what he was fixing and what he was doing so we wouldn t feel lost or question what he was doing. High recommend him again.

Diagnosed my furnace issue very quickly. Was prompt with the repair, and also called the manufacturer and looked up my furnace through the serial number to see if they could first get it repaired through a warranty. It was just outside of the warranty, but I appreciate the effort to help me out. Also came back in to clean the up the inside of the furnace. ?
