"Unfortunately we were not able to do business with them due no show for the estimate. We were given a 3 hour window to wait, which is acceptable, but nobody bothered to contact us to explain why after 3 hours nobody showed. Running late is acceptable, but not contacting us is not. I called and spoke to Richard who apologized but after I made clear that our time is important too and we're not paid for waiting the promised 3 hours. I said that Running late is not the problem, but leaving us sitting hear waiting past the 3 hour window without contacting us is a problem. Sends a bad impression without having had the chance to even meet a representative. Richard had the nerve to suggest we either wait, reschedule, or find another contractor. We choose the latter. Do better A1 Access and Fence."
