The technician was on time and did what they said were going to do. I only had a few issues one his price was a little higher than other people I got estimates from. Also, the man that came out to do the work didn't clean up after himself very well. The owner had to come out and make him clean up some more.

Work was performed on time, with reasonable care and attention to detail.  Marvin is very responsive to the customer's needs and his crew was very nice.

Marvin was very professional from the quote thru his work and final walkthru. He sufficiently answered all my questions and attended to my punchlist. Pepe is a skilled painter and personable, hard worker.
They came at the appointed time and worked all day.

These guys are the best.  I've seen their work on other fences in the neighborhood and have been impressed so I had them quote on repainting a 13 year old wrought iron fence.  The fence was properly cleaned and the surfaces prepared prior to painting - essential in order to get a good pant job.  The welding work was done beautifully and the new gate they fabricated from scratch fits in perfectly with the existing fence.
And the real test of a good contractor - how they 'make things right' when things go wrong.  When I noticed that some of the black paint had oversprayed onto the side of the house, the A/C unit, and the driveway the owner was out there personally to powerwash off the paint and touch things up.  I couldn't be happier.

He hired crews to come in and work, and he would come in to inspect the work, and when I was not happy, he would make sure that it was completely redone. When he saw that he had a different way of working, Marvin stood his ground. Even though the crew was not directly under his company, he was in charge, and they knew he would be responsible for the work. I thought the price was reasonable. People have been complimenting on the work that he did. You can do a definite difference on the house. We found that the original builder had used sub quality stuff, when we pulled the siding off. I always felt safe around his crew. I had another little situation where I needed help, and they were very helpful. They went over and above what they had to do, and they felt like good family men, so I didn't feel threatened with them on my property. When I was thinking about doing the job, I had gotten a cold call from a lady, and I had just taken down the details. I had told her that I would check out Angie's List, and that I was going to get bids, and she said that they were on Angie's List. He let me set the date, and once the date was set, there was no lag time anywhere. They came on time everyday. They would strip off only the section that they could get back up before it started raining.  I had complete connection with him, he would email me back, or call back within an hour. He was doing the roof for me, and he had done everything, and he was coming out to do the work, when  tree branch fell on the house. When they got on the roof, they saw that the branch had gone through the roof and the fascia, and he just fixed that part too, without charging me anything extra. That was way above what a company would do, and they could have charged me extra.

Outstanding.  The crew were all friendly, professional, polite and tidy.  The work was finished quickly and completely to my satisfaction.

MOS came to house within forty eight hours of being contacted and gave cost estimate same day  came to house to do walk around to see repairs requested { Unlike several other home repair contractors who took several days to give cost estimate} .Rep was knowledgeable about carpentry and did not try to 'pad' work by recommending more work than was needed. Also made me aware that cost could be more due to finding more damage than what was seen. Cost estimate was more than reasonable and markedly lower than other bids.



 Due to cold weather length of repair time  took longer than estimated. Having prior experience with home repair was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work done by the carpenter though couple of mornings was late to site without explanation or call for heads up.



Overall good experience with the exception of communication problem with on-site workers who had limited English leading to some confusion as to what was to be done which was corrected after phone call with rep. Though there was a minor issue as to 'cleaning gutters' did not entail removal of debris in gutters only cleaning exterior surfaces.

David came over to look at the project but Marvin sent the estimate. There were some discrepancies in what David and I discussed would be included versus what was on the estimate, but Marvin worked it out with me and sent me a corrected estimate with a 10% discount. The work went smooth with only minor hiccups that were quickly resolved. They covered the areas not to be painted and cleaned up after themselves each day prior to leaving the work site. They started painting all the trim (base boards, crown molding, around stairs, posts of the stairs, doors and door trim), which took almost a day and a half, and then went on to paint the walls, finishing the overall project of three rooms in about fours days. We added some ceilings to be painted that had recently been stained from water leaks. Over all their work was thorough and professional and I was happy with the end result. Marvin is a soft spoken person who will make sure you are satisfied with their work. By the time the project was done, I asked them to do additional work at a rental property that I own.

Marvin and his crew provided me with an estimate and once agreed to began work within a week.  They showed up on time, worked late when possible and accepted some changes to the project along the way as things were taking shape.  Marvin is easy to work with, professional, and has a great team of people around him to handle the job.  He ensured that we were satisfied with the end result.  Our office is beautiful and we receive many compliments on it from guests.  The crew tried to keep the mess to a minimum as best they could for a big project.  Their carpenter created a custom desk for me, complete with hanging files, just by looking at a picture that I printed from the internet.  We have used Marvin in the past and will use him again for our next project.

They finished the project on time and on budget.  When I arrived home to see the finished project after work, Marvin had purchased a leather desk chair and placed it at my desk for me.  I was impressed with this unexpected touch.

 Each day the workers showed up on time and put in more than a full days work. The job took approximately five days. We provided the materials for the job and they did the labor.  I would recommend them to you and plan to use them again next year.
