Excellent!!

Joel was very receptive to our ideas but also made very useful suggestions. He showed us some of his work but at the end we asked him to copy a design that we saw in my our of his supplier's. Railings look exactly the way we wanted them. Joel and his crew were always on time and worked well with us and other contractors involved in our remodeling. Just wished he also do the wood work of handrails to facilitate coordinating different contractors but appreciate his honesty in letting me know that he rather have a well experienced carpenter do the wood part. After a week of finishing project the gate started to get too hard to open and he immediately send my one of his workers to fix it at no cost to us. I recommend Joel to all my friends because of the quality of his work, his work ethic and reasonable prices.

Job went very well, experienced difficulties with the spring closer approximately one month after installation, gate was not automatically shutting. Contacted Mr. Olivares, after serveral missed appointments the spring within the closer was adjusted - gate works fine now (July 2014). The welds on the fence have started to rust, believe this should have lasted longer than less than a year, contacted Mr. Olivares - he will take care of. I am now on my third missed apointment, no showed again this morning. Unsure what to do at this point other than to make perspective customers aware. Happy with the product other than a couple of glitches, follow up service has much to be desired.

The only hurdle was contacting them. Left two messages with employee that were not returned. Because of the excellent reviews I gave another chance and tried the "contact me" link on his website. He called the same day. So consider doing hat if he doesn't call right back. His work is worth this small hurdle. He arrived with his portfolio of beautiful work. He prefers to stand while you are going through his book. That was a little akward but no big deal. He is polite, professional, and pleasant. Wemade our selections and got an accurateestimate. His work is beautiful. He was even able to customize our door with a dog paw, dog lovers that we are. We wanted something to provide security from break ins yet be appealing to the eyes, unlike bars. This company did just that and exceeded our expectations.

The owner, Mr. Olivares, was very responsive to our inquiry. He came out to do the measurement himself soon after our call and gave us a very competitive quote.
The installation was punctual and the crew was professional. After using the fence for more than a year, we are still very pleased with the workmanship.

I can't say enough about this company. We chose this company over summitt fence after they called back to increase the price on their initial bid. These guys are AWESOME! They were super fast and very professional. The fence is such a higher quality than we were expecting and our inspector said that the childproof magnetic lock was top of the line and very unexpected for the price we paid. Even better - they upgraded parts of our fence by the pool equipment because they wanted to make sure it lasted. They did all of this in less than two weeks - unbelievable! I would not hesitate to use them again - I am quite picky and I think they are the best in the business!!!

Joel not Only helped (when asked) during the design portion, but also helped us find exactly What we needed and could afford. Even if that meant giving someone else some Of the work. Very trust worthy and punctual as well as professional. You might need to stay on top of the communication side as He only responded w faxes. I was never aware that he had sent them until I was at My Clients house (it was Her fax machine He sent Stuff to).

We needed a custom iron gate and a low iron fence designed and built for our patio. Joel came out promptly to see the patio and discuss the design and pricing. He took the time to understand what our requirements were, and that we wanted to design something a bit unique. He shared his iron parts catalog with us to pick out the components, and explained the difference in pricing from using the prefab components vs custom-designing components in his shop. We also visited Joel in his shop to finalize the design - he remembered what we were trying to do and was very helpful in completing the design. The shop office was also very clean, attractive, and comfortable. The installation was done promptly and to our specifications. We really enjoyed working with Joel and would absolutely work with him again for wrought iron needs.
