"The whole process was great. My first interaction was with Larry in sales, he was very professional and very knowledgeable. After I placed the order we got a phone call the day before confining the appointment (10-12) and Nelson - the installer - showed up in the agreed timeline. He completed the installation AND set up a couple of additional remote controls (he even helped set up my car "remote control"). The service was excellent all along the process. we are very pleased with the process AND the result."

We got an outstanding team who did a superb job with this large task: 3 and 4 ton Daikin condensers, matching furnaces, new ductwork, and all the bells & whistles that go with that. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Weeks Service Company. Many thanks to Theo, Richard, John, Edgar, and Braedon. "Terrible. Brand new unit not even year old was blowing hot air. We have contract for 10 yrs services, labor and parts. Tech that came out was chit chatting with my wife about personal life instead of getting work done. We were also charged for them coming out on top of still paying for a supposed new unit not even a year old. If I knew this is how they are then I would not have chose them to buy a new unit from. Bad business my grandfather would say. Would not recommend this company to anybody."
