     I purchased a 3-hour package of cleaning service to clean an upstairs bedroom, bathroom and game room that had been recently vacated when family members moved out.

     Initial contact was made by the company to schedule a time for the service and determine what exactly I wanted cleaned.  Service was performed, then follow up was made to ensure that I was satisfied with the service.  The person I spoke with was very pleasant and efficient.  Unfortunately, I've forgotten her name.

     Two ladies were sent to clean (for 90 minutes/3 hours total).  They went right to work.  They seemed to have cleaned everything, although later I discovered that some baseboards were still dusty.  Overall, the work was satisfactory.
