Prior to our decision Juan Jr. and his Uncle arrived onsite and went over the installation. One of our major concerns was the electricity to operate the motors for the shutters. Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone. "Frontpoint great in selling me my new security monitoring system and they gave me a great discount. I needed to install this system myself and they were also very helpful in helping me when I was making mistakes during installation (guess what? it seems that the numbering of the sensors does matter!). But it is the billing where they are falling short. First of all, you need to keep a credit card on file with them - let's hope that they do a good job at protecting my information. Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

The installation technician said our old system was usable and up-gradable to the new technology. We added cameras as well. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and full of tips on using the system. "On contacting CSI Secure Solutions I was put at ease during this stressful time. All of the surveillance options were explained in detail with costs. Final decision on which surveillance option was best for me was completely mine basing it on cost or in-depth surveillance.
From the first moment the surveillance had begun I was apprised of each situation, even as far as to tell me nothing was happening at that moment. Suggestions we're made to me as far as handling any information I was given,...don't give away ongoing surveillance to subject no matter what is revealed to me. Sometimes hard to do in this stressful situation but with that good advice I was able to find the information I knew in my heart was there but needed concrete proof for closure. At the end of the investigation I had the option of continuing or even choosing a different type of surveillance or ending the current one. I was also furnished with a final report.
I would definitely use this provider again but since they have put an end to my angst I hope I don't need to.
