We wanted to get our new home rekeyed on the day of move-in. Technician David P was on-time (actually 10 mins early) and very professional. He knew about the nuances of different locks and got the while job done very quickly. Ideal experience. Would use again.

Fast and efficient

I called ReKey Xpress on Thursday 2/8/18 and inquired about their residential home re-key special for $99.95 (tax not included) which includes re-key up to six key-holes and provides four new key copies. The owner had several appointment times available the very next day, including a 5 pm slot (how many service companies offer 5 pm appointment times on Fridays?). I selected the 5 pm slot so I wouldn't have to leave work too early. On Friday, the locksmith texted me at 4:10 pm that he was on his way and arrived on time. I showed him which locks needed to be re-keyed and he started work immediately. It took him about 45 minutes to complete the work. In addition to the four key copies included in the special, I asked them to make me a couple more key copies for $5. The locksmith was punctual, courteous and professional. I would definitely use ReKey Xpress again and refer them to others.

Everything was great! He promptly received my call scheduled a day and time and provided copies as requested. Very professiional!

It was fine with the exception I had to pay for a lock to be special ordered and then they wouldn't install it without an additional trip fee or job. So I had to pay to have additional locks to be changed. I got what I wanted but paid for the lock and had to call them back to come back to install it and then it would either cost me extra for the trip or if I had additional work done. I did not get a bargn with being a member or trying out their service. Then even though I paid for the lock, the service tech took my old lock which turned out to be perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced at all and just needed to be rekeyed. so that is why I gave them a C on price and B on professionalism and quality.

Josh did a great job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure that all my other house doors were in good working order.

The whole process of scheduling an appointment to finished service was smooth and hassle-free. Roger took the time to explain his team's work process, the pricing, and to answer my questions when he scheduled my appointment. The technician, Josh, was prompt, courteous and professional AND he did a great job.
