"I am DISAPPOINTED with the overall outcome because the employees that installed the vapor barrier in my attic did a great job. The employees that applied the "GO NANO" on our shingles were polite and professional as well, but whatever they did on my roof, I now have 3 skylights that need replacing. Neither of them leaked or were even cracked before they went on the roof. We've been here for 8 years and we haven't had 1 problem. Now, all three are SEVERELY CRACKED and two of the three now LEAK--BADLY. The response we were given was "the men walking around up there and because of the vibrations, the skylights must have already been cracked." I didn't believe that then, nor do I believe it now. I now have to catch water every time it rains and I didn't have to do that before PROPER ROOFING showed up. They provided me with a price to REPLACE all three skylights -of course, but why should I have to pay for anything that I'm not responsible for? Now I have to make payments every month"
