Very fast and professional service. Pre appointment communication was prompt and easy. Cody was great: explained everything during A/C tune-up, gave recommendations. I needed to change Condenser fan blade, capacitor and clean condenser coil. Cody was able to get the fan and capacitor the same day and finish all the work on the same day (THANK YOU!). Very satisfied with the service and will use this company going forward. Thank you!

It was a great experience. Jimmie is professional, courteous and very easy to work with. He gave us a comprehensive review of our old system so that we could decide whether or not to replace it. He didn't suggest putting in anything beyond what we needed. A week later he and his crew arrived on time and proceeded to do a smooth and efficient installation. They even did some extra things like switch a vent that had been installed backwards. Jimmie answered all our questions, showed us in detail the equipment in the attic and outside and walked thru the house with us to make sure all vents were working. Covington is now our A/C and heating company.

The service call went well. Cody was quick and efficient. We signed up for a seasonal contract to avoid anymore issues. We asked for other services when we called. He got here and told us the services weren't needed. He saved us money!

Covington Comfort Air was able to acquire the part and installed today Dec. 9th. Both furnaces working great and I'm a new dedicated customer. Thanks again Damon and Covington Comfort Air and Heating!

Both of my furnaces would not turn on and/or heat. I called Covington Comfort Air and was greeted by the owner. I explained my situation and we scheduled an appointment for the same day at approximately 11a. Damon arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He did some troubleshooting and was able to resolve a power issue on one furnace and determine the part needed on the other. We talked about options regarding the age of the furnaces, etc... and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding A/C & Heating systems. In the end I opted for the part replacement and we handled the transaction on site. While completing the transaction, Damon was able to get feedback on the part and the expected arrival date. Damon also went above and beyond to help identify a breaker that was mislabeled and mentioned he would replace the electrical switch on one of the furnaces as it was starting to fail. I will update this review when the final repairs are completed but I was VERY impressed with Covington Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating and plan to use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. This is our families 2 or 3rd time to use Covington Comfort and they are now our official AC company we will call for any updates or work to be done as well as the only one we will ever recommend. A few weeks ago our condenser went out. My husband called Covington Comfort and they were at with in the hour. I know that this may not be able to happen in all cases but in the past the response time was also quick. The owner of the company, Jim Covington, came out spoke with my husband showed him the problem and replaced the part the same afternoon. Jim Covington and his employees have always been nice and professional. Jim really take the time to go over all the options you have and explains in detail the costs and do not surprise you with hidden fees. The fact that they are Locally owned and operated, highly ranked on Angie's list, in Superior standing with the Better Business Bureau and have several positive reviews on Facebook, Yelp and Yellow Pages.com make it very easy for me to use them time and again. You will NOT regret using this company. Covington Comfort is A1 top of the line service.

The entire process was great. They are professional and made us feel comfortable with and confident in their services. We had other estimates from a couple of other companies who were not as personable, respectful or punctual. We have an older home and unlike some of the other companies, we never got the impression from Covington that working on our home was a "lost cause". We were extremely satisfied and very pleased with the entire installation and process and will recommend them to everyone in the future. The guys were very knowledgeable with about kinds of homes, especially older homes and the challenges with installing A/C or replacing ducts.

I talked to him on the phone told him my problem. when he arrived he went straight to it made the repairs double checked his work. I had ac working in no time.

Mr. Covington was great.  He was knowledgeable, walked us through everything, time efficient and kind.  They did a great job and cleaned up the areas nice.  I would recommend them to anyone.

We noticed last night about 7:00 p.m. that our air conditioner was not coming on at all. Called Jimmie Covington and he immediately came over and fixed the problem. We had a fuse that had blown due to a wire that had shorted out. Jimmie had our air up and running within about 45 minutes. We have called Covington Comfort a couple of other times this past year and we always get excellent service!

Our A/C compression system failed in the wee hours of the morning on July 11, 2016. Covington had a technician over at our house by 10 am that same day. The Covington technicians were very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem (compressor burn out). The lead technician, Damon, discussed the options with me after his assessment. After agreeing that the compression system needed to be replaced, he quickly ordered the parts needed to repair the system. The compression system was repaired the following day and A/C was restored. Very professional and very competent. I now have a service agreement with Covington and they will be serving all of my future HVAC needs.
