We have been so happy with the honest and fabulous service that we’ve had with these guys for a decade now that we would never even consider calling someone else. We had been ripped off by other companies in the past who replaced entire units that were only a few years old rather than servicing just what was needed. All Star was founded by a couple of guys who got tired of working for dishonest companies that encouraged them to replace unnecessarily, and just wanted to do the right thing in their lives and work. Tech that came out was chit chatting with my wife about personal life instead of getting work done. We were also charged for them coming out on top of still paying for a supposed new unit not even a year old. If I knew this is how they are then I would not have chose them to buy a new unit from. Bad business my grandfather would say. Would not recommend this company to anybody."

"I wish i had hired someone else to install my insulation back in 2021. Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness."
