DHR ENGINEERING INCVery unprofessional. We had to constantly reach out and follow up with DHR because they would not respond, they missed or were late for every appointment they scheduled with us. Seems like it was just a money grab to get the 50% deposit up front and then not do any work. The owner needed to postpone our call to the next day because he had to pick up his kids from school, didn't ever hear from him again until I sent an email 2 months later asking about a refund for nonperformance of his contract.- Chad M.

Anytime I had questions or concerns (or more so on my part a lack of knowledge) they were there to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and see. We had a couple unforeseen issues behind our walls with the plumbing, and they brought them to my attention and we agreed on a fair price to fix those issues. Very happy they didn't just fix them and charge me for them at the end. They had no hidden fees or charges and was completely up front and honest about everything. I am very pleased with the work done by East Texas Asphalt. My nearly 20 year old driveway had some serious damages that needed repair. The repairs made by East Texas Asphalt exceeded my expectations. They also resealed the entire driveway and corrected other smaller areas that were deteriorating. I would call East Texas Asphalt again! And will recommend them to others.
