Gene quoted me for service, then agreed to do the work, then never showed up to do the work. He's ignoring my calls and texts. Disappointed.

He had several delays getting started on the job, one due to the unavailability of a concrete supplier that day to send a truck for a small job, and another because of a threat of rain. Gene kept me informed and the delays caused no concern to me.He and his crew arrived as agreed, demolished the areas as agreed, formed up for the new pour, placed the concrete, and finishedthe concrete with a "broom" finish, and cleaned the site.  He completed the job in one day. Gene stayed onsite thoroughout the job, supervising the crew and the work.

Gene's Concrete did exactly what we asked. We live in an area that is extremely "rocky". They brought in the equipment needed to get our Garage foundation to the level it needed to be. Even made suggestions that we liked better for the breezeway concrete connection from the garage to the house. Everyone did they work quickly, efficently and as stated. Everything looks wonderful and are the exact measurements that we required for the garage build.

We were very happy with the work done by Gene and his team. They carefully prepared the area for the new driveway and even went so far as to help me move two rose bushes that  would have been in the way. When the concrete truck arrived, several tree limbs were in the way of the truck. Gene's crew carefully trimmed these limbs so that there would be no damage done to the tree. Gene and his crew did a great job and we are very, very happy with our new driveway.

It went well with an exception. I double checked his measurements to make sure it was accurate. It turned out that he came up short. He would have been asking for more money if I hadn't done that, but the work itself is fine.

Mr Sandoval gave an estimate of $3,800 for the entire job including the permit fee. I was so impress with his honesty and the work performed that I tipped him an extra $400. His work included breaking up an old driveway and hauling it off, then pouring a new driveway (much wider than the old one) and doing the entire job both professionally and timely considering the weather. I would recommend Mr. Ernest Sandoval to anyone for this type of work.

He required constant supervision on my part because the rebar wasn't adequate. I had to repeat my suggestions because he would "forget". I felt that I needed to be there at all times to have the job executed the way we had agreed it was to be done at the beginning of the project.

MR. SANDOVAL AND CREW WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND DEFINITELY HARD WORKING. MR. SANDOVAL CAREFULLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEING DONE FROM START TO FINISH OF THE WORK. I CONTACTED SEVERAL COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES FOR THIS DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT AND MR. SANDOVAL'S PRICE WAS EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE. MR. SANDOVAL WORKS FROM HIS HOME (AND JEEP)AND HAS HIS OWN CREW.
