"Listen folks, I got me an education about cutting down my trees. I just wanted them gone. But these professional guys that know there stuff advised me appropriately. I had know ideal how the process work an trimming are cutting down trees. They wasn't bother by me observing the process. I was amazed how the crew used equipment with ease. "Bill responded promptly to my request. I needed clean-up of the snow/ice mixture on my ramp and my sidewalk to my car. I don't know what the machine is called, but Bill used it to grind the ice and snow away. I now have a clear ramp and a clear sidewalk. He also cleared the snow off my car, which I had not expected. Bill was very courteous and personable and helpful. And his price was reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I have the same need."
