"Good workmanship, Poor Service! The quality of the work was excellent EXCEPT there was a spot right near the front door that was discolored. Owner Shawn Smith tried to tell me it was water damage, but there was no water damage there previously and I had even seen the sanded floor two days earlier and it was perfect. I think the crew accidentally spilled another stain and it was too late to clean up. I tried to contact Shawn to get it repaired, but he never responded. I am now trying to sell my home with a very obvious defect in the flooring right as you walk in the front door."
