Jimmy Dean was recommended by the management company that handles our beach cottage in Seaside, Florida. We were removing and replacing a fireplace surround. Jimmy and his wife were hard working, professional, and excellent at their job. They were also very courteous and fun to talk toâ we enjoyed getting to know them. The work they did was beautiful and the area they occupied during their work was cleaner after they finished than it was when they started. We have 3 bathrooms and a kitchen to rehab in the coming years and I feel comfortable using them for all of those jobs. The price for the job was very fair and we could not be happier with the results. It was so nice to find such skilled professionals to do the work and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We will also be letting our neighbors know about their workâ could not be happier!

Jimmy and his crew did a high quality work in the remodeling of my beach house. He pays close attention room to details to ensure a fine job. He is responsible, respectful, shows up everyday and works very hard. I would use him again the next time I need a tile or a floor installing work.

They worked really hard to fit our tight install time due to deliveries we had scheduled. They did a really great job with the massive 6ft planks we had that were a real challenge.

This was the second backsplash I've had Jimmy install for me, and for both backsplashes, the work was first rate, the price was fair, and he went the extra mile to ensure mile to ensure that every detail was completed. I am very happy with my kitchen, and I'd highly recommend Jimmy to anyone!

Not sure how this company has good ratings. We hired them due to the ratings and our experience was nothing at all like what was posted. After 2 weeks of nothing but a total nightmare Jimmy was ask to leave the job. Every day was an issue with poor workmanship and the job was prolonged due to only working short days when he was aware of a critical timeline and used inexperienced family members. His work consisted of taking short cuts such as laying Proflex over existing thin set instead of removing for smooth surface as recommended by manufacturer. There was alot of wasted materials on the job but only due to Customer supplied the materials. After hiring a new Contractor to come in and correct the work it ended up costing more money than would have originally. We would NOT recommend this company.

"Updated We requested this review and another that had been submitted by the same Person to be removed due to being untruthful and slanderous towards our business. We had to submit paperwork and photos of the job, which we had no problem doing, both reviews were removed and we were told both parties had10 days to reply, we did everything within the 10 days , the reviews were removed permanately in July. Yesterday Sept 7 2017 we noticed one of the reviews were reposted, even after we had been approved to have the 2 reviews removed because there is no truth to the review. As anyone can see we have many homeowners that have posted very good reviews on here and on our facebook page. Please do not pay any attention to this review. We will once again request to have this review removed and hopefully it will not be on here again. Anyone that is reading review please be advised there is not much truth to this and the next review. The homeowners disgruntled wife did not show a fair review nor the whole situation. I will state we had spoken to her husband on a daily basis and had even expressed on day 6th our need to pull off the job due to her daily harassment and cussing at Jimmy, also asking us to put our business at risk and having employess not hired on our business, off the road if needed to work on the job, she had been doing this from the 2nd day we started the job. He pleaded with us not pull off the job and would signed another form assuring we would be paid for our work and still had not signed our contact. He would only pay cash. We told him we don't like to do that because with no contract signed yet we didn't have any paper trail for our taxes. In Florida you have to have a paper trail for your work orders.Even though we still felt very uneasy about the whole situation we stayed trying to help this out of state homeowner/ business owner. Also we left the job on Oct 2 she posted another review two weeks after the first review we had only been on the job for 7 days when she decided to ask us to leave when 75%of the job was correctly completed including Grout. There was some lipage in one room and the day she asked us to leave Jimmy had started pulling up tile to repair it. She chose to call Jimmy out in front of a bunch of other workers on the job instead of in private and was very belligerent when doing so. I just an so sorry she feels it was necessary to leave not one but 2 reviews making our rating reduce."

Jimmy tiled the counter top surfaces of my new outdoor kitchen. I had chosen Saltillo tiles and I know they are difficult to work with. The job started and finished exactly when he promised. The work was beautiful, he is a "tile master". Not only is he a pro, but he is a fine man to work with and get to know.

Jimmy did a fabulous job. He is reasonably priced and does excellent work. He went above and beyond, answered all the questions, helped us with the tile order and pick up and completed the job on the scheduled dates. The finished product looks great. Highly recommended!!

Instilled confidence with his description of what needed to be done. Somewhat tardy with appointments but worked constantly while here. Was very conscientious. The water marks were removed and the grout cleaned. Tile and grout sealed.

Great experience! Jimmy called me within a day of request on home advisor, came same day to quote. He worked to my schedule, arrived on time, worked a full day, and wasn't happy til I was happy! Jimmy did an excellent job! He is so polite and professional. We purchased a second home in florida and because my husband and I live out of town we needed someone we could trust and we found that in Jimmy. He kept us informed about any issues that came up with our project he was very conscientious of our time frame for completion and he was kind enough to send us pictures so we could see the progress! I was so concerned that it was going to be so difficult in getting my job done (unsupervised since we live out of town, but Jimmy put my worries to rest)!! If you need any tile work done Jimmy is the person to call. In fact once my counter tops are installed Jimmy will be back to install my back splash!

Jimmy was great! He did a tile repair job in my kitchen and in my master bathroom. The results of both projects more than met my expectations. He was timely, thorough and communicated well during the project. We were very happy with the work done and this was certainly no easy repair!
