"This company exceeded my expectations. I am accustomed to service contractors who do just enough to get by then over charge. I had excellent results, on time, didnt leave a mess, and charged a reasonable amount. Anyone needing duct cleaning can,t go wrong with Colton Kitzman and his team."

"Mr. Boyd was very professional and helpful when it came to cleaning our duct system. He gave us suggestions on how to improve our system and cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire him again and will also recommend him."

"The crew of 2 showed up on time. They completed cleaning in less than 20 minutes. They offered a bird screen for the vent outlet at the wall of the house for $49 which I thought it was pricey. All in all they did a good job. I wish the price was lower."

"It was a pleasure working with Ben and his crew from Clean Air Houston. Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism they provided, and strongly recommend them."

"went on home advisor and found 3 highly rated companies. Static responded in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with Luis who said he could be here within an hour, mind you this was on Easter Sunday. He showed up and diagnosed the issue stating it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and gave us an honest opinion regarding our old ac unit. The price for the visit and repair was very reasonable. I highly, 100%, recommend static, heating and air conditioning to anyone who has an ac issue. They are reliable, efficient and honest. They will definitely be in our speed dial. Again thank you Luis, you were wonderful to work with."
Professional blind cleaning costs between $10 to $50 per blind. The type of blind and blind size make up most of the cost, but you may also need to pay a fee for cleaning supplies. Aluminum Venetian blinds are quite dirt resistant and cost around $10 to $34 per blind. However, roller blinds are more complex to clean, ranging from $18 to $50 per blind.
The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.
There are ways to save money on blind cleaning to help maximize this project and keep your blinds looking like new. Some ways to save money on this project include:
Cleaning all blinds at once can potentially give you a discount
Choosing a more cost-effective method, like ultrasonic cleaning, over more expensive options
Speak with different blind cleaning companies about deals or special coupons
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
