They botched up the new window frame on my power window, thet did not know what they were doing. The scheduled for one day and showed up for one houe, the next day they did not show at all. Finally came out on saturday and spent the whole day working on something that was not on the estimate and did not fix the inside of the kitchen window.

i highly recommend this company. The owners son showed up to do the work. the power to my building had just gone out...i live on 6th floor. without thinking he grabbed his 20 foot extension ladder and walked up 6 flights with the ladder to do the job. he explained everything to me as he completed his repairs and was done in 30 minutes. very pleasant and professional not to mention the extra mile he went thru. THANKS Automated Shade...

She has sent many photos of examples and has both called and emailed on a regular basis. With kind of care for the new customer, I would believe that she will be excellent for our new home project.
