"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. "Very well. Their roofing job was great -- our roof was extremely steep with 3 different elevation changes. They did as promised within the timeframe promised. There was only one problem, and that was sealing near flashing over them main door. When we discovered the leak caused, we took pictures, sent them out, and they responded promptly to our distress. They resealed, paid for a wallpaper contractor to patch damaged paper, and painted the ceiling where needed at no cost to us. The chimney repair was a rush job needed due to selling the house, and they also completed that within the time frame we needed. The cost below is only for the chimney cap mortar replacement."
