"It went great.  Randy and his associate were very professional and the carpet looks great.  Our house is small but he took his time and did a good job.  In one of our bedrooms we have a Queen size iron bed that is VERY HEAVY.  I do not expect carpet cleaners to move furniture, but I provided Randy and his associate some "moving pads" and they kindly moved that bed around the room to get the entire area clean.  I really appreciated that!  I will definitely use Five Star Steamer again. The price going in was a little higher than normal for my sized home, but they didn't nickel and dime me once they got here (which I hate) and they did not feel "sleezy" like some carpet cleaners can be.  Randy seems to take pride in his business, and that is what I want.  Also I chose him because he lives close to my community and is self-employed.  Always like to support small business in my community.

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I was very happy with the cleaning Juve and his team did. My couches had not been cleaned in two years. They had some major stains from my daughter jumping and spilling liquids on. To top it off, they are bone colored couches. Juve was very prompt and showed up 10 minutes early the day of. After roughly two hours, my couches looked brand new. "The job went fantastic! Shawn called about 45 minutes before he arrived, to ask if it was still convenient for him to come to the house, and he showed up in 45 minutes. He was very polite at the door, then when he came in he asked me about the work I wanted him to perform. This was great, do to the fact that when calling to arrange the service, it was difficult over the phone to explain what I needed done, to the lady in the office. She was very cordial, and we did agree on list of what I wanted done, but she did tell me that when the tech gets here and puts "his eyes" on the job, that he could adjust the pricing. I showed Shawn mama's bedroom {she's 90!}, with the carpet stains of different colors of "Ensure" that she has dropped, and one time when she fell and bleed on the carpet {She's ok now}. We had tried to clean the carpet with store bought products, but you know how that goes. Then in the large family room, where we hold large Italian dinner parties, there are two areas where wine was spilt on the carpet, very old stains been there for years, {another store bought products story}. Also, had some area rugs that needed cleaning. Within ten minutes Shawn was able to see all that I wanted, he explained different options and expected outcomes. I mean we had some really heavy duty & old stains. I let him start to do his thing, and mama and I had breakfast in the kitchen. About an hour later Shawn told me he was done, and yes, I paid him to apply a stain-guard hopefully that will help in the future. Again, Fabulous Job!! All the Ensure stains totally gone, most other's are gone, and a few are so reduced that most people will not notice them. The price was what I had figured on with the original office lady, plus the added cost of the stain guard. Will most definitely call for Sears Carper Cleaning, and especially request for Shawn to come back next time."
