And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "They quoted me a price over the phone which is why I scheduled. When the provider arrived he told me the price was almost double that. I told them if that was the game they play, he could leave and stood my ground. He agreed to the phone quoted price. Carpets were steam cleaned with water only. No pretreatment, no moving of any furniture... Bare minimum. The technician was pleasant. I had moved most items out of the way, but it was the most minimalistic service I've ever had. I resent the bait and switch game. There are plenty of competitors out there. I would not use them again."
