"I would highly recommend Clover Services. I needed about 1500 square feet of tumbled travertine cleaned and polished. I received 4 quotes. Clover Services was the most knowledgeable about the stone and fair on the price. The work exceeded by expectations."

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

"As soon as I asked for a estimate from Juan online he gave me a call. He asked questions about what I needed to have done and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote. He arranged an appointment at my convenience and arrived on time. The care and thoroughness with which he worked was incomparable. He took his time and was very thoughtful as he prepared a huge area rug to be cleaned. In the meantime he cleaned a sofa, a love seat, and two club chairs. I could not be more pleased with the results. Juan takes great pride in his work and settles for nothing less than excellence. He is personable and professional in every way. Hurry and book Juan for a cleaning before he raises his prices to reflect the quality of his work."

"I have worked with Eric over several years. I work as a real estate broker so when tenants are moving out, they sometimes think their carpets need replacing to get their house ready to sell. I let them know that they probably just need to be cleaned, so after Eric cleans them, they can not believe how good the carpets look! I have worked with other companies before that did the work too quickly where you were not sure if they actually got cleaned. Eric takes care of all my carpets because he takes time and care and does excellent work. He is very reasonable, and I recommend him to my clients that are putting their house on the market as well as friends."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Both an air purifier and a dehumidifier can help prevent future mold growth, but neither can remove existing mold. An air purifier will improve air quality and trap mold spores in the air, whereas a dehumidifier will reduce moisture in the environment. Keep in mind that you need to make sure your air purifier uses HEPA filters, which are rated for mold removal.

Washing your carbon filter can damage the fibers and make it less effective. While removing the dust from the filter gently is possible, we don’t recommend you wash and reuse the filters once they have reached the end of their lifespan.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no single water filter or treatment system can remove 100% of contaminants. To find the best filter for your needs, first determine which impurities are most important for you to remove. For example, reverse osmosis (RO) filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, and chemicals. However, the RO process can also filter out beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. If eliminating bacteria is your main priority, a UV filter could be a suitable choice. Additionally, distilled water is considered the most pure form of filtered water available.

It’s not customary to tip HVAC technicians, and most professionals won’t expect it. However, it’s a nice way of showing your appreciation for the work they do, especially if they come out in inclement weather or on a weekend or holiday to fix an emergency issue if your heat or AC goes out in extreme temperatures. A good tip would be between 10% to 20% of the total bill, depending on how above and beyond the tech goes for your repair and on the total cost of your HVAC repair or service. For something like a routine tune-up or scheduled maintenance, tips aren’t expected.

Most HVAC service calls include diagnostic fees, which could include checking on a specific issue you’re experiencing or running through a routine inspection checklist. If you called for a particular problem, the service call will also include an estimate to fix the issue, including materials and labor. Depending on your HVAC technician and the service you requested, you might also get a general inspection of your system components to ensure everything is working as intended.
