"These gentlemen worked tirelessly to clean my tile floor, re-color the grout, and seal the grout--which was never done before. These 2 men were great, and I would recommend them!"

"Wonderfully! The sellers had hired a cleaning service prior to our closing and they did an awful job so we were so disheartened when we saw our new home. I contacted Rafael and he found two lovely ladies who were able to come the following day, Anna and Katie, and they left our new home sparkling! We will definitely hire again and highly recommend! A++++"

"I have worked with Eric over several years. I work as a real estate broker so when tenants are moving out, they sometimes think their carpets need replacing to get their house ready to sell. I let them know that they probably just need to be cleaned, so after Eric cleans them, they can not believe how good the carpets look! I have worked with other companies before that did the work too quickly where you were not sure if they actually got cleaned. Eric takes care of all my carpets because he takes time and care and does excellent work. He is very reasonable, and I recommend him to my clients that are putting their house on the market as well as friends."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can use baking soda to start getting the urine odor out of your mattress. Baking soda is highly absorbent and soaks up odors, so it will not only draw the urine out of your mattress but it can also get to work fighting the lingering smell. You can also use an enzymatic cleaner to break down the urine to make it easier to clean. Just keep in mind that you need to remove enzymatic cleaners from the mattress after use, as leaving them on could be dangerous.

No, you shouldn’t let dog diarrhea dry before cleaning it. While cleaning the stain when it's dried sounds less messy, it can cause more harm than good. Old stains have a chance to dry into your carpet, and the smell can go deeper into the fibers. This makes removing old dog poop more of a headache to clean than dealing with diarrhea while it’s fresh.

If your carpet is 15 years old and has yet to be cleaned regularly (every year or two), then you may need to replace the carpet. Wear patterns, stains, and dirt that has filtered into the carpet may not come out if it isn’t maintained properly. However, a professional carpet cleaner will test clean a small area or room to see if cleaning will give your carpet another couple of years of life. Otherwise, your best option may be to replace the carpet.

Professionals remove dust, allergens, and stains while preserving fabric integrity and enhancing the appearance of window treatments.

The best cleaner to remove soot depends on the surface material and the type of fire, but consider dish soaps or degreasers, baking soda, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen. Low-oxygen fires often leave behind greasy soot, which is best removed with dish soaps or degreasers. Baking soda can be useful for absorbing soot deposits from carpets, followed by rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean the set-in stains.
