"I had such a dismal experience with local carpenters, who lied to me and did not understand the basic HVAC. I found this company when I was searching for a better business, and they have all been excellent. From their company representative who came out to give me a bid, to the techs that cleaned my vents for me, everyone has been professional and helpful. "The AC was freezing up and water was condensating and dripping off the unit. I had Air 3000 come out and evaluate the unit. They were here within a few hours and walked me through the problems. Decided a new unit was in order and arranged for one to be installed in 2 days.
Installation went smooth and the unit works very well. They offered several upgrades to the unit (i.e. UV light) and checked and re-hung all the air conduits. The workmanship appears to be very well done.
Easy to work with. Very competitive pricing. Would use again.

"This company made me very comfortable diagnosing my problem over the phone before they came to my home.
