"I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. I will use this company again for other projects and highly recommend this company"

"The team at Medina's Construction was exactly what I needed. They communicated early and often as needed. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. They encountered some issues with the walls, but showed patience and creativity in solving all issues. They also cleaned up before finishing the job. They went above and beyond my expectations. If I have any other projects I would hire them again and I would also recommend them to others."

"I hired RC Handy Services to take care of a few jobs around the house, including painting and a replacement of the railing on my staircase. Raul was excellent throughout the whole process. His customer service skills are excellent, and you can tell that he cares about getting the job done right the first time. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. I’ll be certain to hire him again for help with my next project!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes, a pool with a heater will lose more water. The heater warms the water, which increases the rate of evaporation. To minimize water loss from evaporation, you can install a pool cover and keep the pool covered when it is not in use.

You should add one 3-inch chlorine tablet for every 5,000 gallons of water in your pool. If you have a smaller pool, it’s better to use 1-inch chlorine tablets so you don’t accidentally add too much chlorine. Alternatively, you can add two to three ounces of powdered chlorine or half a gallon of liquid chlorine for every 5,000 gallons of water.

The process involves selecting a site, preparing the ground, setting up a supportive frame, and securely installing the liner and water filtration system.

You don’t need to drain the whole pool to patch a pool liner, but be prepared to dive in with your swimsuit and goggles to patch a leak below the water level. By draining the pool, you can actually expose the liner to more harsh conditions, like wind and sunlight, that cause the tears to worsen. It’s best to use the ink test and waterproof patches or tape to identify the leak and patch it up.

Yes, you can absolutely use a sand filter with a saltwater pool, but you’ll have to make sure you have the right grade of sand to catch smaller particles, just like in a standard pool. To choose the right pool filter, consider the degree of filtration you’ll need. Cartridge or diatomaceous earth filters can remove smaller particles, so they’re better suited for a less chlorinated saltwater pool.
