"I had originally, intended to hire someone to paint my cabinets; that is how I met William, but then we had a bad rain storm and I noticed I had a leak around the air conditioner again. I don't know how many time in the past I have hired someone to fix my roof for me only to have a leak. Well William Gomez showed us all the problems and than proceeded to fix them . He did such a great job that I would rate him on the same level as Mike Holmes. When I can afford to do a new roof it will be William Gomez Creativers who I will hire and any future work I will hire him for. William takes pride in doing a great job. He is not the cheapest but I am tired of cheap. He is the best. His helper Chris was also very good. I can't say enough wonderful thing about him. Irene Villalva"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Several professionals handle pool construction and installation. General builders manage the entire project from design to finish. Due to the rocky El Paso terrain, specialized excavation teams often dig the site. Certified plumbers and electricians handle the water and power systems. You will also find shotcrete specialists for concrete shells, hardscape experts for decking, and installers for above-ground vinyl liners.

Helpful?

Schedule pool construction and installation during the fall or winter to ensure completion before the hot summer swimming season. Act immediately if an existing structure shows severe cracking or safety hazards. You should wait if your property has unresolved zoning issues or if local TX water conservation restrictions prohibit filling. Waiting is also smart if recent monsoon rains have destabilized your soil.

Helpful?

Safely handle minor pool and spa service tasks by gradually topping off water lost to evaporation. Empty your skimmer and pump baskets after El Paso dust storms to prevent flow restrictions. Test your pH, chlorine, and calcium levels regularly. You can also reset a tripped GFCI outlet once. For repeated electrical tripping, gas heater issues, or structural shell cracks, you must hire a licensed TX professional to ensure your safety.

Helpful?

After completing pool and spa service, re-test your water chemistry within 24 to 48 hours. The hard water and high evaporation rates in El Paso cause chemical levels to shift quickly. Inspect your pool deck and coping for new cracks, which indicate soil settling in caliche-heavy terrain. Finally, verify that your freeze sensors and auto-circulation features operate correctly before the first TX winter freeze to protect your updated equipment.

Helpful?

A common mistake during pool and spa service is ignoring extreme evaporation rates in El Paso. Failing to top off water damages pumps. Homeowners also overlook high calcium levels in the municipal water, which causes scaling on surfaces and equipment. Additionally, skipping winter prep is a risk. TX temperatures drop below freezing, and unprotected pipes will crack. Always test your water before adding chemicals after a dust storm to maintain the correct balance.
