Angelo did an awesome job, but what I was told on the phone and what was done was totally different. The boss wouldn’t furnish new wood or even good wood for building the crate. The wood Angelo brought was old deteriorating scraps. I was told they would put the table in 3 crates, but after trying to put the entire table in 1 crate a second crate was built out of scrap wood some that I furnished and the legs weren’t crated which at that point was my suggestion. I am going to have the table crated by someone else. So for $600 the pool table was dissembled. As I said Angelo did a good job disassembling and I’m sure would have built a good crate if provided decent materials. I would never hire this company again.

Justin and Stephen were great, very professional yet friendly. From the beginning of the move down to the very last screw in the assembly. Very fast dependable. They assembled my deffeclt bed with ease. For the services and the time. I would HIGHLY recommend SUPER GOOD MOVERS!!!!!

Good..Good communication, Great precaution with delicate items

I definitely recommend using this service. There was no scratches or damage to any of our things. We are purchasing a home and moving at the end of this month again & have hired Super Good Movers for our move again, they are great!!

Used them and had a grat experience. They were on time, efficient, polite, and came prepared to work. We had a team of 5 led by TJ. They ended up being 1/4 the cost of another company who quoted our move. Got our home of 25 years loaded, moved and unloaded in about 6 hours. Took extra care getting the elliptical to the basement. Would definitely recommend this crew.

I was very disappointed in the service I received on Saturday, June 15. I contracted with Super Good Movers to get a piano and three wall units transferred from a ground level storage unit approximately 50’ to a UHaul truck that I had rented. The original agreement was for two piano movers to arrive between 8am and 9 am. I received a call Friday morning saying it would be between 8am and 10am because of the potential for heavy traffic. One of the movers called on Saturday morning, just after 8:00 and said they were going to be late. I asked how late was late and he said an hour. They showed up about 9:15 in a ratty, old, unmarked, white box truck with peeling paint on the hood, with no equipment for moving a piano or the wall units. One of the movers had me sign the dim screen on his cell phone at least a half a dozen times. Why all this could not have been handled by email, in writing, rather than relying on his interpretation of what I was agreeing to, I do not know. He then told me his credit card reader was broken and he could only take cash. I told him I did not have cash, that no one said anything about cash when I made the reservation He eventually contacted someone at the office that made arrangements to take the credit card. Luckily, I had rented an appliance dolly to help me get the wall units off the truck at my destination in Austin. They had no piano dolly and proceeded to try to roll the piano up the truck ramp on its wheels. While one of the movers was big and strong, the other was slight of build and not very strong. If I had not been there to help, the two of them would not have been able to get the piano onto the truck without dropping it off the ramp. I’ve had this piano moved professionally three times before and know what to expect. Super Good Movers are not professional piano movers. When we got the piano to Austin, a different mover helped get the piano off the truck and into the house. He brought the proper equipment and at no point did I feel the my piano was at risk of being destroyed like I did when Super Good Movers were handling it.

Service was excellent, the movers packed all of my belongings with care and very professional. The move was on time as scheduled. All of my furniture was wrapped properly and arrived without any damage. The movers did and excellent job placing all if my belongings and furniture in all of the rooms and the second floor without any damage to walls or floor. I am very happy with Super Good Movers with their professionalism and service. I will contact them again if I ever need any type of moving. Thank you for making my move very easy! You are Awesome! Shout out to Alex and his crew for being so responsible.

Excellent customer service and the movers did a great job moving my belongings, they worked fast and efficiently.

They destroyed several pieces of property. A large dining room table base, cracked from top to bottom in four places, A beautiful hand carved piece from Africa, did not wrap it, just tossed in their truck, shattered on one end, unrepairable. My brand new refrigerator was wrapped in plastic WET, now has several rust marks, unable to remove ... boxes missing. Would NEVER recommend anything other than stay away from this company. They did, however, offer me $67.00 for these items.
