I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. "technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

"They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"I would highly recommend this company. They were always responsive to e mails and phone calls , gave the price over the phone, which was two hundred dollars less than another company had quoted , arrived on time , although called to say he may be a little late because of bad traffic. Promptly did the job and cleaned the area well. Even fixed a air conditioner duct that wasn't connected in the attic and didn't charge me , though I offered to pay. I asked if a radiant barrier might be needed also, which they also do, and he said he thought the insulation he blew in would be sufficient. That is very admirable, he could have made quite a bit of money on a job that was uneccesary if he had not been honest. I was very impressed with this company and would certainly recommend them.
