"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"I had had problems with a prior waterfall leaking and ponding, so when I did the contract with Suburbia, at my request they agreed to give me a two year warranty for those particular problems.  Unfortunately, I have had constant problems with my waterfall both leaking and ponding (it's supposed to be pondless) in the last almost two years since Suburbia installed it.  However, the main reason I'm writing this review is to complain about their poor responsiveness on warranty issues.  Each time, I have to call them multiple times before I even get a response, they fail to show up when they say they will, and they still haven't fixed the problems with the waterfall notwithstanding coming out many times since it was installed.  They also came up with a design that is apparently very difficult to maintain and requires pulling all the rocks apart to get to the source.  To be fair, I do think that Doug is extremely gifted artistically, and we do love the look of the waterfall (especially when we can actually have it running when it's not leaking, etc.).  I just can't recommend them, though, for their ability to have an effective functional design or for their responsiveness on warranty issues, which is terrible.

"These guys are the BEST!!!! not only did they disassemble part of my house to fix a leak, they also lifted my damaged sidewalk all in 1 day, to say impressed would be an understatement, this is your company , they can do it all, they do Swimming pools also, rated as one of the best in the DFW, is why I hired them, I used another company before calling Aquatics, they had no idea how to fix the water leak coming in from the outside bricked areas, they removed the damaged part, and used specially designed equipment to assess the damage, they saved me hundreds of dollars with their fantastic prices, they came out the day I called, expecting just an estimate, they began working within 5 minutes, these guys are very determined to get the problem solved, and that they did, "Above and Beyond" is my review, I highly recommend."

"Michael took my call after-hours for what we thought was a sprinkler system pipe that was leaking all over the lawn, and rearranged his schedule to come out first thing the next morning to fix it so we could get the water turned back on. He even completed the job despite the fact it turned out to be the main water line to the house that was leaking rather than the secondary pipe leading to the sprinkler."

"I could not be more pleased with the work that was done.  James Payne was very honest about all phases of the project and kept me informed throughout.  He brought a contract for signature before starting the project and guaranteed the work for one year.  I asked the workers for some other things to be done which they volunteered to do.  I thought there would be additional cost, but the work was done voluntarily.
I was impressed with the workers who did the prep work on the wall though I was not present when the gunite was blown in.  It looks very nice and is substantial to withstand the water that the creek brings in a heavy rain.
I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of work done.  The new wall looks very nice and blends with the existing structure in the creek.
Excellent!!!

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Algae growth is a common issue for misters, but you can do several things to prevent it. First, use a sealed water tank with distilled or filtered water to fuel your misters. Second, blow out the misters after every use so no water is left in the tubing. Third, thoroughly clean the misting system every several weeks of use at minimum during the warmest months. Third, wherever possible positioning tubing and the water tank away from direct sunlight and in the coolest areas possible.

You can use the outdoor spigot to do many things like cleaning patio furniture, washing down driveways, or watering plants. You can also attach outdoor hoses and some sprinkler systems to your spigot, making it much easier to keep your grass and plants watered. When connecting a hose or sprinkler system to your outdoor spigot, pay close attention to the manufacturer’s instructions, as they can ensure a snug fit with no leaks.

DIY kits are available, but professional installation ensures proper water flow, electrical safety, and leak prevention.

To maintain your pond, you’ll need to occasionally clean your backyard pond, especially if you have koi fish. Test the water twice a week to make sure your fish have everything they need and always remove visible debris.

A good rule of thumb is to change 5% to 15% of your koi pon’s water every week. Partial water changes help keep your koi healthy, and replacing small amounts at a time prevents causing stress for the fish.
