Located in small HOA community. Regraded a retainer pond. Made the tank deeper and used over fill to regrade the back yard for the installation of a pool. Raised and graded yard by 6 or more feet, all within HOA guidelines as well as county.

Did excellent job clearing trees and brush for shop and swimming pool project. Leveled inclined ground for pool installation. Built dirt shop pad on significantly inclined ground making it level and sturdy for concrete pad. Alex answered any questions I had, explained all work processes in detail, keeping me updated on progress. Job quotes were accurate and very competitive without sacrificing quality. The job was completed quickly, accurately and professionally. Highly recommend!!

Alex revamped and graded my entire road with excellence and delivered rock, and dirt that I needed for other projects. I will call on him again soon for more projects that I'll need done next year. The price was right and the quality of work exceptional! I would strongly recommend him for any excavation project, road work, house pad prep, or any similar landscape project.
