We loved working with Glass works of Texas! They were professional, honest, punctual, and left us with a great looking shower!

Dave of Glass Works was a pleasure to work with. My shower door replacement was done promptly, was neatly done and looks great!

The response time was great, they ordered the shower door immediately and called to install it within few days. Dave and his partner were professional and friendly and left the bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend their service.

They fixed the shower quickly and correctly for the pre-quoted price. Clean, professional. I would definitely use them again.

First, they gave me one price on my showers doors, then the day that was scheduled for installation, I get a text message and I call they told me that the price is changed and that I need to pay an extra $560, and after agreeing to that they took another 7-10 days to come and install, which was poorly done, they marked the sides and bottom with some red markers and they did not wipe off after installation and used clear caulking. I had to leave cause I had an appointment so left someone to look after them, they did not leave me a revised invoice or any kind of invoice that for the work done, or the extra $560 I paid on top of the $1345 I had paid prior to installation, I tried to contact them via text, phone, and email, no response, on to any of my messages. I now have these doors that are loose and red marks that are noticeable. Very poor customer service and poor job done. I gave them time to get back to me before writing this review, but I believe a month is more than enough time to give someone. If they reach out and fix the problems then I will give them a second better review. Overall I wish them all the best.

All I can say is God sent me Two Angel's. When he sent me Dave and Mike. They came in the house with work on their minds,and they did a great job. We had been having trouble with other companies not showing up and not being able or wanting to do the job. These guys are great. Don't waste Your money going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor. Please call them.

They did a great job installing my new shower doors and taking out the old ones. They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Hire them!

Super friendly, super fast, super cost-effective, super affective

We had contacted 5-6 contractors for the broken shower door before being reached by Glass Works of Texas thru HomeAdvisor. All of contractors suggested to replace the entire shower enclosure with estimated cost $1500+. Glass Works of Texas is the only contractor who is willing to take on the small job and replaced the door at a fraction of the cost asked by other contractors. It saved us a lot of money. The job was done quickly and nicely. We really appreciate their honesty. We feel so lucky that we found such a good contractor thru homeadvisor.

Ashley was super quick to respond, came out same day to offer an estimate, came back the next day for final measurements once we got the rest of the tile laid, and now waiting on the glass to be installed on the 11th. Great price that beat others we had found. And my kids didn’t bother him at all. Very nice guy that I’m happy to have found.

He did excellent work and was prompt and professional, but we need him to replace the handle and he will not return phone calls, texts or emails.

I needed a glass shower repaired. They knew what they were doing and did quality work, but I felt like the price was a bit high and it felt like they just pulled the quote out of the air.

Did a good job of replacing our old shower with a new one. We will be putting the house on the market and the old shower was an eyesore. The new shower looks great, and they were very professional with the work.

First let me say my shower door was a difficult custom door 3/8", 48" H x 40" W. I had 4 companies come give me quotes and only 2 would even attempt a door like this, you could tell the other companies were limited in their abilities. Glass works was initially more expensive but when I said what I could afford they worked with me and were able reduce the cost by reducing the # of hinges, etc. I waited months to write this review because I wanted to make sure the door and work would hold up. 8 months later and the door looks and works perfectly. I'm so glad I didn't go with the other companies and and instead got what I wanted.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. The repair crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
