I had purchased a $100 coupon for $150 in services.  I left a message at
the number provided and three days later called back and left another
message.  Two days later I received a call from the office wanting to
schedule a specific job.  I told them that I had wanted someone to come
out to bid on a major job.  An appointment was made for the owner to
come and bid.  He did not show, there was no call.  When I called the
office, when he was 2 hours late, I was told he had been busy.  I asked
to reschedule, but that I wanted to be sure he would come.  It took 2
more days to schedule that.  When he did come, I showed him the jobs
that I needed done and asked that on his quote (which he promised me for
that afternoon) he tell me when he would be able to start the work as
there was some other trades waiting for masonry work to be finished. 
The quote was turned in 2 days later than promised, and did not say
anything about when the work could be done.  A call to the company was
unanswered and my message has not been returned.  I would never use this
company for anything.  Ever.

The people were so nice.  The work was neat and clean. The results AMAZING.

I could not be more pleased with the work that was done.  James Payne was very honest about all phases of the project and kept me informed throughout.  He brought a contract for signature before starting the project and guaranteed the work for one year.  I asked the workers for some other things to be done which they volunteered to do.  I thought there would be additional cost, but the work was done voluntarily. 
I was impressed with the workers who did the prep work on the wall though I was not present when the gunite was blown in.  It looks very nice and is substantial to withstand the water that the creek brings in a heavy rain.
I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of work done.  The new wall looks very nice and blends with the existing structure in the creek.
