Norman, the master plumber assessed the issue and found the best way to deal with it, even cleaned out the faucets. Robert repaired the drywall and became very friendly with Simba (my dog). Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work.
