Did not show up for the scheduled installation, and did not call. When they were canceled, had the nerve to charge a restocking fee. The owner/manager said they were having a problem with their work crews getting other jobs done on time.

"Thank you for your review. The color that was selected was not available until December due to COVID. When your order did arrive, we spoke on Monday (12/0), and I let you know that we would do our best to have the job installed the week of 12/05 through 12/09. On Wednesday (12/07), I notified you that we would install your job on Tuesday, December 13th of the next week. This was due to weather and previously scheduled jobs that had been on the schedule for weeks prior. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you encountered. As all materials are ordered per customer job, your materials have been purchased specifically, and you are unable to return certain components. We did offer to come out Friday afternoon to install, but you declined that offer. We also offered to bring the material to your home and allow you to have another company install your gutters to relieve the restocking fee. Your response was no, and our review would reflect our actions. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience."

Extremely awesome. The guy introduced himself along with his helpers, told me where they parked, which gate they would be using and was so polite. In today's world that introduction and extra mile of information was so appreciative. It just so happened to rain the next day and the work they did worked beautifully. I will be getting them to come back for the other side of the house too.
