Everything was perfect! JC is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about various options to treat hard water problems. He arrived on time, the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and he thoroughly explained how to maintain the system. I have used Affordable Plumbing several times in the past, and they are my #1 choice for plumbing needs!

Went up to our weekend place and discovered saturated ground and standing water which was obviously the result of an underground leak.  Called Affordable Plumbing Saturday morning and talked to a young man by the name of Tim Hudson.  Tim came out and after quite a bit of digging, found not one, but two leaks which were apparently caused by pine tree roots over time.  Tim walked me through the problem and explained what needed to happen to repair it.  He replaced the valves and pipe in question with new material and left the area looking better than what he found it.  I thought the weekend rates were a little pricey, but was well satisfied with the quality of work and very impressed with Tim's professionalism.  I will most likely be using them for future plumbing needs.

He gage me a MAX  price verbal  cost and amazingly less than two hours of work I was given the MAX PRICE for the job.   They left a HUGE Mess in Both areas,    Made no offer to remove the drain cover on the tub so it could be easily replaced.   Called the office and was told sorry, that is how we price.  NOT NOT AFFORDABLE>     The topper is I was the one to tell the Experienced, plumber how to make the fixtures work in the shower.  The So-called Licensed and experienced plumbers they sent could not figure it out.

I called TWO other plumbers after the work and the highest bid was $400 for all the work.         Don't go Affordable.  They will break your bank.

We were told the job was finished but when we arrived at our house, on 2/13, there was dirt covering half of our lawn when all that should have been disturbed was the trench to lay the new pipe! When we contacted the company that day, they rudely told us that no one could come out to check the work until Monday.  However, early on 2/14, we looked out our front door to find a tall man walking all over our front lawn!  He did not come to the door to introduce himself, and was very defensive when asked what he was doing on our lawn.  He would not let us ask any questions and just kept saying that we were "ignorant"! when we tried to ask questions.  He did tell us that all that needed to be done was to "level out" the dirt but he did not offer to help with that. Unfortunately we never did get this guy's name but he was from Affordable Plumbing. This guy was so threatening that I was worried he would come back in the night to do damage to the house.
NEVER NEVER use this company.

The plumber, Chris, did the job in a timely and professional manner. He explained what the job entailed, what we could expect if there was additional work need, but best of all he left the area as clean as he found it.

Called on weekend. Set it up for Monday. Arrived on time. Had to leave to get supplies. Workers were polite and helpful. Did a good job and made recommendations. I will use them again.

I had a leaky toilet and he had to replace the seal. He was relatively quick and did a fine job. Very nice guy. This is the second time I've used them. I also used Affordable Plumbing when I had 2 slab leaks. Anywhere else would have cost twice as much. He rerouted the pipes overhead for two leaks in one day. Did an excellent job checking for any additional leaks. I will definitely call again for future work.

It sucked. I had another plumber come out, and with in two hours they said that the only problem was a clogged up drain. Cost less than 100.00.

I thought Affordable Plumbing Co was very fair and good. They did come out, came when they said they were going too, and didn't charge me a service call because they had already been to our location and knew exactly what the issue was. They had me make a cover, then didn't charge me for the service, because they were already in the area providing a similar service. If I need a plumber, I would call them again. Overall, they didn't have to fix anything but were very punctual and polite.

They were here about 3 hours as they had to find out which valve needed changed and it was the third one they looked at. They handled it very well as it was underground. They were prompt. A city staff member had referred them to us.
