"Robert and Norman came out after a tub to shower install to fix an issue with a hot water line. Norman, the master plumber assessed the issue and found the best way to deal with it, even cleaned out the faucets. Robert repaired the drywall and became very friendly with Simba (my dog). Both guys were very punctual, informative and professional. Thank you guys!"

"They came the day I called assessed the situation and came back the next day to do the job. They were nice and respectful and much more reasonably priced than your big name plumbing company."

"The installers were very polite and courteous. They understood my concerns and reached out to others at Premier to address them right away. They did a very good job fixing my walk in shower and the issues I have with the shower curtain rod and the missing trim are going to be fixed in about a week. Overall my experience went really well. They worked until the job was done in a day and I really appreciated that."

"When we purchased our home in 2017, there was already a crack across the top 2 segments of the driveway where that area had sunk quite a bit. Besides the cosmetic issue, we felt this subsidence was also a tripping hazard. After researching online and using Angi, I found GROUNDWORKS (formerly FSS: Foundation Support Specialists) who came out to give an estimate. Ricardo showed up on time with advanced warning of his ETA. He was thorough and left me with a color-coded bid. Some of the driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door were going to be lifted, and some parts stabilized using the foam injection method. Even though I received bids from 2 other companies, I chose GROUNDWORKS for their 5-year warranty and mid-level pricing. All companies were 4.5 stars or higher on both Google and Angi. On the job day, they arrived on time. The job was completed in about 2 hours. I am very happy with the results."

"Great installation crew. Just some very small issues that are going to corrected."

"All the workers were friendly and considerate in our house. Work was completed on time for the quoted price"

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. Thank you John S and Tin Lizzee for such wonderful customer service."

"Work done as promised at a more than reasonable price, was always on time and respectful of my time and my home. I was especially impressed by the daily cleanup. Was willing to suggest options to make my project more handicap friendly and easier to manage. He is a perfectionist and does high quality work - My whole family was very impressed with the workmanship. I am already planning more project with this company in the near future!~"
