They were the 3rd contractor i contacted about pouring me a 67'x 12' RV driveway, and were hired because he did everything he said he would. -showed up on the day and on time to assess the work for wuote -worked up a quote with proposal and start date while on site -began work on the day we agreed on -poured the concrete when he said they would -made sure my property looked better when they left than when they showed up They will be doing more work for me in the future."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
