"First, this was a pretty normal moving experience. Not the best ever, but not the worst in my experience either. Price and flexibility was very good. I got to pick my delivery date, not my previous experience. I paid for hours of labor, which started when they arrived and not when they left the business (or got donuts, coffee, lunch, etc). The crew was friendly and smoke free. But there are some areas they could improve on: At the time of the bid, I was told that the job was big enough they would be starting at 9 to get the packing done. Then it moved to 10:30. They actually arrived at 11:30. Packing did not get completed before end of day. The next day was supposed to be final item packing and loading (they use trailers, not a semi). They arrived at the expected time but did not get finished packing, let alone loading. Third day they finished packing, loading and delivery. It was a long day. Part of the problem was that they did not have enough people scheduled for the job. The first day had the full 4 people but only 3 came after that. when it looked like they would not make the deadline, they did bring in extra help at the end of the day. Another area that could use some improvement was the "if we take it apart, we reassemble it." My backyard umbrella was not reassembled and they lost the bolts and forgot two parts. Finally, about a fifth of the boxes are totally unlabeled. This has made unpacking difficult as those boxes ended up scattered all across the house and none have been in the room I needed them to be in."

"All Service Moving was exceptional. Great customer service - easy to schedule and flexible. Royce & Frost did an AMAZING job moving all of our very heavy and fragile belongings. They handled all of our requests and items with care and worked both efficiently and quickly. They were super friendly and very customer service oriented. I can't thank them enough for the GREAT job they did. I highly recommend All Service Moving for anything moving and/or storage related. And DEFINITELY request Royce & Frost to handle your job. "Fantastic. This is my second time using Army Ant Moving and they will be my go to movers from here on out. Carlos and George arrived on time, scoped out the job and then got to work. They are so friendly, very professional and excellent at what they do. They moved my furniture wherever I wanted without any complaint about all the stairs, helped put my grandfather clock back together after I took it apart, removed artwork from a wall that I couldn't reach and offered to help me out wherever they thought I could use it. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks Army Ant."

"Did a great job. Made my move less stressful."

"Moving APT moved me from my 2 bedroom apartment to where I'm at now in Orlando. When they arrived to start the move I had a few things that I hadn't boxed up."
