"Jimmy arrived on time, and did a great job. It was only the second Frame TV they've installed, so they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. Jimmy did a great job wiring and mounting the old TV in the bedroom. He had to cut a couple of holes into the drywall to accommodate the hidden wires, and he made sure that nothing showed, and that the floor was cleaned up when he finished. I am very satisfied with the work that was done, and the price I paid."

"Cederick is very knowledgeable and did a great job.  Although I had to initially re-schedule at the last minute due to a family emergency, Cederick was understanding and willing to work with me to set-up a new time. He did not try to up-sell any extras but he did tell me how to get better performance from the components by changing the cables. He even brought me a new cable a few days later.  He was very careful and even cleaned my TV and components. I would highly recommend him.

"Omar and team did great work. Old insulation was removed and ceiling penetrations sealed on the first day with the new insulation installed on the second day. Omar was onsite the entire time and actually did the new insulation install. I was pleased with the quality of work and recommend."

"Frank did an awesome job mounting two of my TVs! Super professional, friendly, and thorough. He even helped me configure the settings for my new TV, and made sure I knew how to properly care for the TVs/mounts for long term durability. I’ve got a beautiful set up, and will really enjoy future movie nights. Would definitely hire again!"

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Determining if mounting a TV on the wall or mounting it on a stand is better boils down to personal preference. TV mounts are an excellent choice for homes that have limited space, unruly dogs, or young children. They also allow you to customize the height and viewing angle more easily. At the same time, mounting a TV on an entertainment center stand offers additional storage space, a place to hide the wires, and fewer holes in the wall. Renters may also have limitations on drilling holes into the wall above certain diameters.

In most cases, you should not put a TV on a fireplace mantel. The minimum width required to put a TV safely on a shelf or mantel is 10 inches, but pre-made mantels are usually too shallow, averaging at only seven inches deep. If you do choose to place a TV above a mantel, it should be mounted to the wall. However, do so cautiously as heat radiating from the fireplace could potentially cause damage to electronics.

Coax cable connects to your television, modem, or cable box. Look for a female coax connection on these devices. Your coax cable will connect to any of these. The other end of the wire runs to the service connection coming into the house.

Finding a professional to mount your television to the wall is a little challenging because no licenses exist for this type of work. You could ask friends or neighbors for recommendations. Check out online reviews, too. Typically, though, almost any local handyman can do the work. A local electronics store or the place where you bought the TV may have a recommendation for you. A local framer or drywall installer might do the work for you as well. If you need an outlet installed for the new TV, an electrician may do both items for you.

If you want to enjoy your favorite movies from the comfort of your backyard or patio, you can mount a TV outside. You’ll want to be thoughtful about its location, ensuring it’s away from water and heat, like a grill or pool. Placing it under a roof, awning, or gazebo is usually a good idea as well for extra protection. Outdoor wiring does add an extra layer of complications with this project, so it may be worth it to hire an electrician to help.
