The company said that to cut out the valve and to re plum with a new valve with cost more money than $155.00. The company said that they were charging a $155.00 to remove six screws on the top of the valve and reconnect two wires. I would never pay a $155.00 to remove six screws and re attach two wires and that give me a clarity to anybody coming behind me about sprinklers valve replacement with this Company. This company need to be more transparent on the front side relative to what they do for a sprinkler valve replacement costing $155.00."

"At first the company seemed super helpful. Eric was always pleasant and seemed to be supporting us. HOWEVER, they told us that they were dealing directly with insurance and that we wouldn't need to worry about anything. Therefore no costs, no options, no explanations of services were ever given to us. When the bill came back higher than insurance would cover they assured us that Joyce was the best in the business and would get it taken care of for us. the gap ended up being $3000 out of our pocket and as far as I can tell, no genuine effort was made to come to an agreement because we would have to pay it anyway. They were not actually working for us. In addition, the whole process was frustrating because appointments were made with us, where we canceled plans and they never showed or called. They removed equipment before it was dry and then covered themselves by putting it back in. At the end of the day our house is dry as is our bank account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

The part is $608.00, though Sears Parts Direct provided a parts quote of $137.20. Technician called to state that part is broken and would have to reorder. 9. 20-March – Call received from Uptown, stating that parts have been received and service needs to be set. I instructed Uptown to contact tenants. 10. 26-March - Appointment to install parts, after 5:30pm 11. 26-March - Company owner calls, stating that Uptown does not work after 5:30pm. Implies that delays are due to tenants not being responsive or available during working hours. He stated that, if the tenants cannot be available during working hours, he will refund the deposit of $600.00. I told him that I did not want the refund, I wanted the appliance repaired. 12. Appointment set for 29-March between 08:00 and 10:00 13. 29-March - Parts installed, unit working normally 14. 29-March - Invoice for services received IMMEDIATELY upon completion – AMAZING how quickly Uptown can submit an invoice, when their services took THREE MONTHS to complete!!!"
