"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"I called Alex to remove existing tile and install new tile on my kitchen, utility room, and sunroom floors. He got samples and prices for me and we selected a rectified porcelain tile because I wanted the grout joints to be as narrow as possible. Alex quoted a fair price and did an amazing job. He and Jeronimo were timely, professional, and very detail-oriented. The layout of the rooms involved step-downs and many odd angles — it turned out better than I could have imagined. I will definitely call him back for my next project."

"A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provides excellent plumbing services and he places them far above profit. I highly recommend him."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Lone Star did a great job on installing new water faucets outside.  Price was good, they were very professional. However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

"Derek McGill and his team at Prestigious Home Designs did an EXCELLENT job remodeling our kitchen. Our home is 12 years old and was in need of some relatively basic cosmetic updates. We are new homeowners and also new to Texas after having just moved here from Florida only a few weeks prior to hiring Prestigious Home Designs. I have heard horror stories of remodeling projects in the past but my fears were completely dismissed after just the first meeting with Derek. My only regret is not hiring him for some of our other renovation projects, such as the installation of our hardwood floors.
Derek knew exactly the design style we were aiming for within 5 minutes of our first conversation and was successful in making our vision a reality.  He did a great job of advising us on the best options to meet our standards of function, budget and style. He helped weigh the pros and cons of every decision -  from our sink selection to the pattern of our backsplash. We were impressed with his attention to detail over every aspect of the project and his excellent communication skills. He texted and/or called every day to let me know what that day's plan was and when the workers would be arriving at my house. He also came by the house every day to ensure that the work was being done up to his high standards of quality.  I have never experienced this level of communication and oversight in any of my other renovation projects.
Derek and his team were incredibly trustworthy and reliable. They always showed up on time and worked full days to complete the job as quickly as possible. I think a 7 day completion for a kitchen renovation of this scale is unheard of. His crew was very respectful of my home, particularly new appliances and hardwood floors that had been installed only a couple of weeks prior to the start of our kitchen renovation. I had no concerns about them being in my home when I was away. I work from my home office and his crew was always considerate of the noise level and daily clean-up.
This process could have easily been a nightmare but we are so grateful to have found Prestigious Home Designs. We actually had FUN throughout the entire process and now have a kitchen that we will love for years to come. We're looking forward to renovating our master bath and fireplace with Prestigious Home Designs in a couple of years. I highly recommend Prestigious Home Designs. They are the best in the business and you will not be disappointed.

"Kitchen & Bath Renovations completely remodeled our original master bathroom (1994) from the walls in - removed popcorn from ceiling, stripped wallpaper, textured and painted ceiling and walls, replaced tub, completely rebuilt shower stall, new cabinets and hardware, new toilet, new tile, new fixtures, etc. Along the way, they repaired original toilet installation issues and rebuilt the sub floor. Almost everything was done perfectly, only a few minor issues with items being crooked/unlevel, most of which were corrected. Stan was friendly, accessible, and gave us great guidance.
