"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"I called Alex to remove existing tile and install new tile on my kitchen, utility room, and sunroom floors. He got samples and prices for me and we selected a rectified porcelain tile because I wanted the grout joints to be as narrow as possible. Alex quoted a fair price and did an amazing job. "A contractor I’ve been doing business with contacted Lonnie early Tuesday morning to perform plumbing services related to a broken water pipe. While at the house he: made a thorough inspection of all areas showing damage, and replaced a length of copper pipe with (far superior) pex pipe. The copper pipe had burst during the freeze of January 2024. He was diligent and careful to remove only those portions of drywall and other materials to evaluate the extent of water damage. Along the way, he made (plumbing-related) suggestions that would ultimately be money-saving. For example, he suggested getting a tankless water heater and tomorrow, he will install an icemaker connection box for our refrigerator. Lonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He provides excellent plumbing services and he places them far above profit. I highly recommend him."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Lone Star did a great job on installing new water faucets outside.  Price was good, they were very professional. However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

Derek was very helpful in suggesting alternate suppliers for some materials to save budget money to be used more effectively elsewhere in the bathroom project. Project went smoothly. Derek manages his projects well. I still have a master bathroom I intend to have Derek remodel soon.

"Kitchen & Bath Renovations completely remodeled our original master bathroom (1994) from the walls in - removed popcorn from ceiling, stripped wallpaper, textured and painted ceiling and walls, replaced tub, completely rebuilt shower stall, new cabinets and hardware, new toilet, new tile, new fixtures, etc. Along the way, they repaired original toilet installation issues and rebuilt the sub floor. Almost everything was done perfectly, only a few minor issues with items being crooked/unlevel, most of which were corrected. Stan was friendly, accessible, and gave us great guidance. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
