I had a fantastic experience with ProFamily Roofing, LLC. I had them out to inspect and repair a small roof leak where two roof lines come together. They determined the cause and provided a competitive quote. The work was completed the following week. Normaâ s communication was excellent, the repair work was done professionally and efficiently, and my roof leak is now fixed. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you for a job well done!

I had my fence re-stained by these guys and they did an amazing job. The fence looks better than I even imagined. I didn't think the old fence could shine like new but they did an amazing job.

This is a family run business and Norma was so kind and understanding of my situation. They arrived the day of my request and began the next morning. They did a great job removing the tough paint from the brick that was left from the previous contractor.

I am a Registered Professional Engineer (retired). When I hire work done, I am capable of evaluating the quality of the work and the materials used. When the roof at our Lake Texoma cabin needed major repair, we selected Profamily Roofing, [email protected] , (903)815-8506, to complete the task. Jose and Norma evaluated our need and showed how our roof failure had occurred because the wrong kind of material had previously been used. They said exactly how they would make the repairs and they did exactly what they said (and more). In the midst of the work Jose pointed out a minor change that would better seal against water incursion and he implemented the change at no additional cost. I followed each step of the work and Iâ m pleased to say they did an outstanding job and used the highest quality materials. I am in no way affiliated with Profamily Roofing and I received no compensation for endorsing them. But I am very pleased to express my gratitude for the work they did and the timely manner in which the work was done.

Monitored progress of installation and kept us informed. Also did a great job replacing metal on carport!

These people are polite, professional, efficient. They informed me of any adjustments that needed to be made due to any "surprises" found and got my approval for changes/additions to work to be done. Their price was reasonable and they followed up with me after work was completed. They also had a genuine concern that the work be done well.

They came quickly, they were fair Amd honest. Other companies wanted much more and we're not a responsive.

Called on Saturday they came on Sunday to fix the job because storms are on the way Great job , great service

Thank you Pro Family .This appeared to be a family owned , run and worked business . From the time we asked to set up an estimate for replacement of our roof to completion there was consistent communication between the roofer , the office manager and us . I was never left wondering , Calls were made to us letting us know the workers were on their way , we received a call half way through the project to see if we had any concerns or questions ,Another when the job was completed with pictures of the end product . . Before they left I was so impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this family operated business I asked what other projects they do for any future work . My husband and myself where beyond pleased . During the initial estimate visit We meet with the person who sets up appointment and handles the business end and two of the people who were going to be the people actually in charge of the project To complication.l believed this is what sold us on choosing these people . I could actually see all parties working together to put together an estimate making sure they understood what we wanted . I highly rate the quality of work , time frame and the estimate .

The process was efficient and well-priced. They were able to accommodate other contractors work with ease, and not only did a great job on our roof, but left no obvious signs that they'd been there when the project was done.
