"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. This is definitely one of those cases of you getting what you pay for. They are a highly skilled company, do quality work, and won't try to jerk you around for more costly or complicated solutions. "Installed Lowe's cabinets: 5 wall cabinets, 3 base cabinets and 2 tall pantry cabinets. Redesigned existing soffit to make smaller and to flush with the front of the wall cabinets. Made existing kitchen opening 3 times bigger. Installed marble back splash, porcelain tile under base cabinets, appliances, rewire electrical for recessed lights and wall plugs. Smooth ceiling and wall finish. Redid sink plumbing. Each morning Alex would prep work area by covering floor and each afternoon clean work area. Very respectful and easy to work with."

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. They explained multiple options and the pro's and con's of each path. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. He listens to what is needed & takes into account any concerns expressed when a job is correcting a problem. He suggested using products available on market to address those issues when appropriate. He was also willing to listen when I had a specific preference about how I wanted finished product to look and made it happen. He was proactive in scheduling and overall was accurate in amount of time he allocated for completing a specific task. And, he respected my time & showed up when he said he would. Below is list of tasks he successfully completed in my home. 1. Installed vinyl plank flooring (LVP) with some challenging angled cuts. Paid attention to the pattern created during installation. Installed transition pieces. 2. Installed new baseboards & trim work. 3. Removed old bathroom vanity & installed new one. 4. Installed new bathroom faucet. 5. Removed old toilet & installed a new one. 6. Corrected plumbing issue under sink in bath. 7. Neatly opened wall & removed a screw used at some point in time to hang a mirror over vanity that had hit an overflow pipe for HVAC system. Replaced damaged section of pipe & completed a small drywall patch. 8. Added waterproof caulking & epoxy on slab before installing new LVP flooring where there was an issue with water coming in before. 9. Replaced an exterior door & trim. 10. Ran a new PEX line for cold water through attic & wall to an existing tub. 11. Hung a surface mounted medicine cabinet/mirror."
