Over the past month we have made at least 20 attempts to contact them via phone and email to perform a warranty check on the prior repair work as we prepare to sell our home. After we were finally able to get a visit scheduled, they did not show up for the appointment and gave no notice. Multiple attempts to contact them since have gotten no response. The sale of our home is contingent upon this check and we are now 2 days from a closing deadline with nothing to show. I've heard of foundation companies being dodgy when it comes to actually honoring warranties, and it seems that A-1 has no interest in following through. I do not recommend working with this company"

"Chris and crew showed up Saturday morning to finish forming for the pour and started pouring in great weather just over half way through, the winds and rain came out of nowhere. The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"Horrible Customer service when asked for assistance on an issue that was caused by them performing the needed work. We were informed (when we signed the contract) that everything would be put back "like it was before" and "you will never know that we were there" and "the concrete will be matched exactly to the color that you have". All untruth's, as the concrete does not match and looks bad, and there are areas where they dug under the foundation to put the piers and did not replaced the soil correctly - mounded it up and "said that it would settle". YES it did settle and there are now holes under the foundation and you can see underneath. Tried to speak with the owner, Jason. The first time spoke to him, he was rude and that "we would have to do it on "HIS" time. Thought that I would reach out to the Sales person, who did a great job in selling the service, John C. - BIG mistake - even more RUDE than owner. 2nd time I spoke with the owner, he started again to be rude and then hung up on me."
