We offer all types of swimming pool repairs and offer leak detection services and leak repairs. We also repair and install all types of pool equipment, such as filters, pumps, heaters, timeclocks, etc. Even though we currently do not offer weekly maintenance, we can help with clearing up a pool, treat algae, clean filters, change out sand in sand filters, etc. We also Install handrail and slides, mastic (caulking) between coping and deck to prevent erosion under deck. "$3K for Cavitation, Chaos, and Zero Integrity I paid $3,000 expecting professional-grade pool plumbing and got contractor-grade garbage instead. They installed a janky suction line layout with multiple sharp 90° elbows before the pump, causing cavitation anytime I pull from one line. They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself."

"So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better."

Tech came out said parts were needed as there was leak around pump. He tighten everything while waiting for parts approval and order. Pump ran best it has in a very long while. Customer service explained what was happening. Parts were approved, ordered and tech came out to replace. (work order 2027210)"

Many people find saltwater tubs worth the upfront expense. They cost less to maintain than traditional hot tubs, so you can save in the long term. Maintenance is also easier, typically involving balancing the pH and cleaning the tub rather than adding chemicals. They’re also gentler on sensitive skin, and you won’t walk away with a strong chlorine odor.

The best thing with which to clean a hot tub is whatever the manufacturer recommends; in most cases, this is a gentle surface cleaner and a soft cloth. Recommended hot tub cleaners can include specially formulated cleaning agents, mild dish soap, baking soda, vinegar, or diluted bleach. For your hot tub exterior, choose wood or vinyl cleaner (depending on the casing material).

You should never use household cleaning products, harsh chemicals such as undiluted bleach or acids, or abrasive cleansers or cloths, as these can scratch or etch your hot tub’s coating or shell and cause permanent damage.

Most hot tubs use between 1,500 watts and 6,000 watts of electricity, depending on the voltage of your heater. 120-volt heaters tip toward the low end, and 240-volt heaters tip toward the high end. Expect your pump to add another 1,500 watts. Newer, energy-efficient models use less electricity, while older models use more.

The average life expectancy of a hot tub cover is between five and seven years. You can extend the life of yours by keeping it clean, using a soft cloth and mild dish soap; applying a vinyl protectant spray; using a cover lift to move and fold the cover carefully, rather than treating it roughly; protecting it from harsh weather; keeping kids and pets off the cover; and cleaning the underside of the cover with a chlorine spray. Investing in a quality cover will also help it last longer and look better.

It’s less expensive to leave your hot tub on all the time, though you’ll want to keep it at a reduced temperature. How much you use the hot tub is also a factor. You’ll want to keep it at a constant temperature between 80 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit for weekly or daily use, then bump it up right before you get in. If you don’t plan to use your hot tub that often, you can turn it off as long as there’s no risk of freezing.
