"I'm still sorry to hear that this is your perspective on the interaction. I told you that I would be happy to answer any questions over the phone that you may have in regards to the operation of the automation system, that in your words, was "not user friendly". As I explained to you, if you wanted us to come out and do a pool school for operating your system that was installed in June, (That was 3 months ago), that there would be a charge for doing so. I don't know of any item or industry that after purchasing gives you free visits to show you how to operate it months after the purchase. You were there when we installed it and programmed it. We answered all the questions you asked of us when we finished. As far as the remaining characterizations, I will not bother with responding to them. They are simply untruths. If you were so unhappy with the work that was completed, why wasn't this brought up 3 months ago? I understand that you are upset that we won't make a free trip to your house to show you how to operate the system, but to make it sound like anything other than that is false. David Howard, owner and installer of the system in question. (over 100 of these automation units installed over the last 11 years since they have been out, and one of the largest warranty companies in the greater Houston area)"
"We went out 12/24/2019 all of the issues that were made by the customer are outside of warranty. These issues had nothing to do with the repairs we have done, these issues were maintenance issues that needed to be done by customer."
"The technician is the owner."

I'm not often on here as I spend most of my days working in the field, but it'[Member Information Removed] always nice to read that we have made such a positive impact. We are not perfect, but we strive to be as close to it as possible, and try to do the right thing when things go awry."

"We apologize for the miscommunication between our office, the homeowner and employees on the job site which contributed to the homeowner not being notified about when we would be there. In regards to the length of time that this project took, there were issues with weather around this time that caused the project to run longer than anticipated. Additionally, the original toe tile that was to be used in the spa was supposed to be the closest match to the existing waterline tie and the customer did not like the tile choice after the job was completed, so we agreed to let him choose a new toe tile and we replastered at our cost and split that cost with him. This also increased the length of the project. In regards to the statement that the job was not completed, the owner of our company was at the job site upon its completion to install the jets himself. We are unsure why the customer feels this was left incomplete. He never called us to say there was an issue with the job at this point."
"We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about the charge for the job we did for you. Our records show the customer was notified prior to the service call that there would be a labor charge due to the fact that the warranty on salt cells includes materials only. Additionally, when we got out to the job site the first for the salt cell, we found that the main circuit board was bad as well. Due to it requiring a trip to get parts for the circuit board, there was a trip charge attached to the job. At the time the customer paid there was no complaint about the charge."
"Please be advised that the new estimate that was sent was not for the main pump, but the booster/cleaner pump. We provide a free estimate/evaluation of the pool & equipment before we begin monthly service. Upon initial inspection of this pool on 09.29.15, the main pool pump was not working, as well as, the salt system. The CYA level was over 100. Since the main pool pump was not working, we were unable to determine if all other equipment was working properly, ie heater, lights, filter, etc. With the main pool pump, we provided Homeowner the option of replacing the motor or the entire pump. With motor replacement on the main pump, we did advise that the motor is only one component of the pool pump and that other components of the pump may need to be replaced now or in the future. In the case of this pump and the visible warping due to overheating, etc., we strongly encouraged a new pool pump. However, we will always defer to the Homeowner wishes and in this case she elected for motor replacement with the knowledge that there may be issues in the future and that the 1 year warranty was for motor only. Over the course of several months, the pump stopped working a 2nd time and we explained that the best course of action would be to replace the entire pump at this time. Homeowner elected for us to troubleshoot the main pool pump again. We replaced the motor under warranty for a 2nd time, as well as, other components of the main pump. The main pump is currently working. Please keep in mind, that my electrician has spent many hours and multiple visits that were not billed to the Homeowner to ensure that all her equipment was working to her satisfaction. Last week, the booster/cleaner pump was not working. My electrician inspected and recommended either not using the cleaner or replacing the booster pump. He disconnected the power to the booster pump to allow for the main pool pump to run without tripping breaker. This is an example of time spent at the pool troubleshooting that was not billed to the Homeowner. We sent a formal estimate for cost & installation of a new booster pump IF Homeowner elected for replacement. Once again, we will defer to the Homeowners direction on whether or not to replace the booster/cleaner pump or to keep it disconnected. In this case, she elected to stop service. We appreciated the opportunity to service the pool for the last 6 months."
"Thanks for the rave review! It has been a pleasure taking care of your swimming pool needs. Please let us know if there is anything we can ever do to make our service any better. Please feel free to contact us in the future if you have any pools issues/needs."
"We are very appreciative for the opportunity to provide an estimate and subsequently work on your pool/equipment! Please do not hesitate to call if you have any other issues. We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to work with you!"
"Thank you so very much for the opportunity to service your pool. As you know, please feel free to contact us for any and all issues."
