"The work went great. I found a water stain in my ceiling after a recent storm, and I wanted to get the repair done before the next rainstorm in the forecast. I spoke to Alex, and he showed a real interest in getting the job done and asked for any pictures that I had that could help him assess the job. He even showed me that there were some exposed nailheads (that should have been sealed by a previous contractor but weren't) and took care of that as well.
