I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I needed a second quote. So, I simply went to Angie’s list for the first time in my life and checked out the list of possible contractors. Chris Duncanson’s page caught my attention. I loved his work. I also liked the fact that he was not only the contractor, but also the carpenter. I wanted to have new cabinets and knowing that all the carpentry in the pictures on Angie’s list had been done by him, put him on the top of my list. I made an appointment with Chris. "Jonathan is Very easy to work with and has Excellent knowledge of the work he does. He’s always on time and gets the job done in a timely manner. He has excellent ethics. For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. He and his team also did my vaulted ceilings, all my window frames, baseboards and anywhere else that needed trim work, etc. excellent excellent work."
