"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I went in with drawings of what I wanted and he created a fabulous kitchen for us. I was able to get some creative customized cabinets to maximize our space that I never would have been able to find. Chris was very responsive and helpful with my many questions. He stayed on budget and on his quoted time frame. His crew was also great. We were living in the house while the remodel was going on - there was very little mess or dust across the house. They cleaned up every day and were polite and friendly.
