As our kids are getting bigger, we need more space. Rather than moving away from a house and location we love, we decided to expand our living space to the backyard (which we have plenty of). We hired Tim and his company after interviewing and receiving bids from several other outdoor living construction companies. Tim not only gave us the most bang for our buck, he was very responsive from the first contact, through several bid alterations, and through the construction itself. He was very willing to listen to our ideas, while at the same time offering his expertise. When it came time for construction to begin, there was no wasting time. We signed the contract one day, and work started within 48 hours. Barring bad weather (it rained for a week solid), workers were at the house every day. The job was completed a week or so late, but if it had not rained, I have no doubt it would have been finished on schedule. The coordination between concrete pourers, carpenters, masons, etc. was very well executed. His crew was very polite, and would mostly stay out of your way, other than to knock on the door to ask a question. Tim himself would show up to oversee operations most days, at least for a few minutes. We had a mishap the last few days of construction with the house painter, but Tim personally saw to it that proper repairs were made, to both his satisfaction and ours, with no added cost to us. All in all, we ended up with exactly what we wanted – an outdoor living area that feels like an extension of the house. If you hire him, be prepared to be the envy of the neighborhood!

As I said earlier, Timberline is an excellent and professional company that always delivers more than expected.  Their employees are polite and trustworthy.  They have completed a number of major projects on our home and I have always found them to be very easy to work with and to communicate with.

The work completed on all our many projects were very high quality materials and workmanship.

I will continue to use this company in the future and I highly recommend their work.

I asked for a quote 3 times: twice via their contact form through their website, and one via voicemail when I called because nobody answered. I have not received ANY call back at all since Wednesday. The website stated that someone would get back to me within 48-72 hours. It's been the 48 hours and  I have yet to hear anything from them. Conveniently, when you submit the form online you don't get any e-mail confirmation, so other than your word (or screenshots, which I took the second time), they can claim they never got your request because there is no trail. How convenient for them is that? I say VERY. The call also went unanswered and not even a call back for confirmation was received. Maybe my  work I wanted done is too small for them and not profitable, but at least have the decency to let me know. Won't recommend them and will let everyone know to expect to be completely ignored. I will take my business somewhere else.

When I contacted Tim he was quick to setup a time to come talk with me and then provided a detailed bid to me in a timely manner.  I had obtained multiple bids and I chose Tim's not only because it seems fair but also because of the examples of his prior work, his references and his professional manner. Tim took his time discussing with me what all my options were, showing me pictures and providing his expertise in helping me to make my final decisions in how I wanted my patio to look.
As work on my patio progressed I was so impressed with his crew.  They each spoke with me, questioned me, so as to make certain they were meeting my expectations.  It was evident each of them took pride in their particular craft and had a strong work ethic. When the job was done and I was standing on the patio admiring the completed project they were all standing there with me, watching to see what my reaction was.  I have a patio that I am so proud of and I look forward to spending many hours enjoying it.
I have already recommended this company to others and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I truly couldn't be happier with the overall quality or attention to detail. I found my self taking a back seat during quality inspections because Tim would point out issues he saw that I wouldn't even notice! It is truly rare to find a company with such a high standard of customer service and attention to detail. I have always enjoyed working with Timberline because since day one they have never treated my wife or I as a dollar amount. And the courtesy didn't end after the sale. Every crew whom has walked onto our property has been polite and very respectful leaving project neat and clean. I will definantly be using Timberline again.

We have 4 kids and our home was last painted (over 3 years ago) with low quality flat paint .. so the walls had become old and dirty looking due to high contact.  In addition, we needed other cosmetic repairs e.g. holes in walls, door / frame replacement
A good friend recommended Timberline, giving them high marks on Professionalism, Service and Quality.  I scheduled appointment for walk-through estimate with Timberline.   A few days later, during the walk-through, we were presented several options to fit my budget including paint (including color / scheme) and repair recommendations.
We agreed on itemized list of service that was completed in 3 days as planned.  In addition to beautifully painted (latex wipeable walls), we got other much needed repairs. I couldn't be happier with the process and final results.

Some months after the work had been done, the paint began to fade and it was obvious that the rotting wood was still there, they had simply painted over it. I called Timberline several times and always got an answering service. I left messages that we still had problems but my calls were never returned. I ended up having to hire another company to redo the work.

The work done appeared acceptable, however the caulk split, and when Tropical Storm Hermine ripped through, it also ripped through the split caulking on the window frames causing interior damage. The company has been unresponsive to our pleas for assistance. Per the contract the "45 year acrylic latex caulk", didn't last

Most of it was good but I did find some work that was not done properly. I called the company and he had his workers redo the job. I kept an eye out for the quality of work; they were supposed to replace rotted siding but they filled some of it in with caulking. I didn?t want things just filled in because I was paying to have it replaced. I think the price was reasonable for the work.

The estimate was done quickly, and my questions answered. After signing the contract, the crew was out 2 days later, washing and priming as needed. They worked diligently, and got the whole house painted in another 2 days. They quickly and professionally covered all the windows and other areas not to be painted, although a little paint did get on some shrubs and part of our AC unit. Upon request, they cheerfully re-did one area of trim that I wanted changed. The workers were courteous.

Tim showed up as scheduled and provided a detailed contract. Work began as scheduled. Carpentry work was done quickly and in a workmanlike manner but I had to point out a couple areas where the soffits were to be repaired but were initially missed. The crew removed, at my request, one section of rain gutters that had just been reinstalled in order to prime some raw wood beneath the drip edge. I think it would have been impossible to paint the exposed areas of the 1x2 if the gutters had remained up. I'll allow that they may have had a plan to account for this in their planned sequence of reinstallation, caulking, and painting but communication was difficult; I spoke no Spanish and the workers there at the time only spoke very limited English. A call to the main office (it was Saturday) was unanswered. I was very pleased with the overall result. I was less than satisfied with the cleanliness of the worksite while work was in progress and the final cleanup after the painting was completed. Sunday (all carpentry finished Saturday) I took it upon myself to sweep the area (along the curb, driveway, and around the entire house) with a magnet to collect nails and small sharp pieces of drip edge; it filled a pint ziplock bag. All painting was finished on Monday, the majority of the trash was stacked on my neighbors property and they left old caulking and pieces of old facia around the house. It gave the appearance that work was still in progress. When asked over the phone Wed. what I thought about the job I informed them that there were a couple places where some touch-up painting was needed and that the cleanup was incomplete. I was a little disappointed that 'management' didn't know the condition of the worksite. Tim informed me that someone would get the trash and perform the touch-up the next day. They did pick up the large pile of trash from my neighbors side yard but didn't do the touch up painting nor clean up the scattered debris around the house. I had an appointment with Tim for 1730 hours Friday, he didn't show up until Saturday morning. He took care of the touch up painting and clean up at that time. In spite of all this, I think they did a good job and I'd certainly consider hiring them again.

I'm in love with my the patio cover! It is absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad I hired Tim and his crew to build it. I called Tim originally for a paint quote and told him about my other plans. That's when I learned his framing crew could build the patio cover I wanted. I hired Tim not only because he gave me the best quote but he was very knowledgeable and I was very impressed by the work they would do. The crew even came back after I had my patio poured and they capped the bottom of the cedar posts.

Excellent job! The crew made sure to protect all of my landscaping and windows. When they were finished they asked me to walk around and tell them if I saw anything that was missed or needed touching up. Then they went ahead and added those final touches.
